Tot & Me (18months – 3years)
Tot & Me is a 1 hour co-ed gymnastics class designed especially for children from the ages of 18 months to 3 years old. This is an adult participation class where a responsible adult is on the gym floor with the child during the entire class. Children enrolled in this class will work on basic tumbling skills including forward and backward rolls. They will also work skills on the balance beams, uneven bars and the trampoline.
Kindergym (3 – 5 years)
Kindergym is a 1 hour co-ed gymnastics class. Kindergym classes are separated into two different age groups…3-4 years old and 4-5 years old. Children enrolled in this class will learn basic tumbling including forward rolls, backward rolls and cartwheels. They will also work on skills on the balance beams, uneven bars and the trampoline.
